AUSTRALIA'S largest group of harvest professionals, Australian Custom Harvesters (ACH), is looking for skilled and experienced people to help get this year's crop off.

Labour shortages are commonplace and it's no different for those involved in primary production. In response to the labour challenges, ACH is has made it easy for those seeking work at harvest.

Anyone interested can simply scan a QR code (pictured above) or visit www.customharvesters.org.au/skilled-workers.

ACH says working in the grain harvest in Australia offers a unique and rewarding experience. The vast, open landscapes and the chance to work outdoors can be appealing to those who enjoy physical activity and a hands-on job.

The seasonal nature of the work also allows for flexibility and travel, making it ideal for those seeking adventure.

Australia's grain harvest season also fosters a strong sense of camaraderie, with harvest crews working closely together. Harvest work  is an opportunity to contribute to a vital industry, learn from experienced professionals and to see the world from a whole new angle.

ACH members operate in every state of Australia. And even if applicants do not have specific skills or experience with harvesting, honest applications are encouraged as people might have a set of skills that contractors are looking for.

Anyone with experience or skills in harvest is encouraged to apply, and all applications are seen by all members of ACH.
