Biosecurity protection: levy or tax?

GRAIN Producers Australia (GPA) is pushing for the Federal Government to urgently revisit its proposed 10 per cent Biosecurity Protection Levy following the release of a new Productivity Commission report, which supports the views of producers - that it is not a levy at all.
