Built in North America, the new range includes round balers with a precutter and the industry's first precutter baler to produce bales of 1.5m diameter. The four models that comprise the new 0 series balers build on John Deere's 9 Series balers.

The four new 0 Series balers include the 460M and 560M with dry hay, silage or precutter options and the 460R and 560R, two premium models with dry hay or precutter options.

Another new feature is the MegaWide HC2 feed system which delivers faster hay intake and processing via a 2.2 m pickup on both 1.21m and 1.52m bale models.

In addition, the MegaWide HC2 feed system has a larger diameter roller baffle, twin-rotor feed system for more uniform hay intake and processing, a self-cleaning drop floor and a third drive roll that eliminates belt slippage when baling heavy, wet silage bales.

There's also several new Plus2 round bale accumulator attachments which include two models of round bale accumulators to give operators the ability to carry up to two round bales behind the baler while making a third bale in the chamber.

The new John Deere A520R and A420R Plus2 accumulators are fully integrated into the design of the balers and can be used with 1.8 m (6 ft.) diameter John Deere 8, 9 and 0 Series Round Balers.
