A huge congratulations to Josh Giumelli for recently celebrating 25 years with Kondinin Group.

Having dedicated over half of his life to his work with Kondinin, Josh is well known among our members, readers and the wider Australian farming community for his research, farming workshop insights and mechanical knowledge.

Josh joined the group straight out of university after completing a mechanical engineering degree. Combining this training and farm experience with developed writing skills, the work Josh does is unique and highly valued.

In his 25 years with the group, Josh has authored hundreds of detailed articles and Research Reports for Farming Ahead, and more than half a dozen books for Kondinin Group. The now out of print Workshop Companion was arguably one of the biggest efforts ever undertaken by an individual Kondinin Group staff member at 324 pages and 220,000 words. Furthermore, Josh has become quite the "influencer" with some of his videos on social media attracting over 200,000 views.

Thanks for all your hard work over 25 years Josh! It is an absolute pleasure working with you.
