AWI is conducting a national survey.

The AWI's Woolgrower Consultation Group (WCG) would like growers to participate in an online survey which is part of the "Wool 2030" project.

Wool 2030 is an AWI project to develop a 10-year strategic plan for Australian woolgrowers. The development of the plan was one of the recommendations arising from AWI's 2018 review of performance by Ernst and Young.

AWI's Woolgrower Consultation Group (WCG), plus ‘next generation' representatives, will oversee the project.

The online survey aims to ensure as much feedback as possible is gathered to help shape the development of the Wool 2030 strategic plan.

The survey seeks views on where the industry should be in 2030, what opportunities and threats the industry faces over that time, and the key activities that need to be undertaken to ensure the industry's prosperity.

The survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete, and is open until Sunday 16 August.

The project is being facilitated by Forest Hill Consulting (Scott Williams) and Miracle Dog (Russell Pattinson).
