<p>BROOKFIELD Infrastructure's $8.9 billion proposed takeover of Asciano could spark a bidding war for Australian Rail Track Corporation if the merged company fights rival Aurizon for all or part of the government-owned rail group, the Sydney Morning Herald reported today.</p>
