The announcement is the latest in a series of acquisitions by the family-owned and operated company since its purchase of Cervus Equipment Corp. in October last year.

With the acquisition of Wickham Flower's four locations in South Australia, Brandt will own and operate 23 John Deere dealerships across Australia and New Zealand.

"Brandt has a lot to offer and we're ready to roll up our sleeves and earn the loyalty of our new customers through a combination of premium products and services and a consistent, high-quality customer support experience."

Brandt's products have been in the Australian market for more than 30 years, including grain handling and cultivation equipment.

Brandt says this additional retail footprint will provide Australian farmers with increased access to a lineup of Brandt-manufactured augers, belt conveyors, chaser bins, heavy harrows and more, along with a full range of John Deere agricultural, turf, golf and compact construction equipment.

Brandt plans to introduce an expanded equipment and parts inventory. The agreement is expected to be finalised on 30 June.
