Instead of the traditional face-to-face conference, the event will now be hosted as an online, virtual conference, with the theme 'Farming for a Future'.

People who register for the conference will have access to live and pre-recorded presentations. Interaction will be encouraged through Question and Answer sessions, workshops, e-posters and a virtual exhibition hall.

If people are unable to ‘attend' during the conference, they will have the ability to access all content (including live sessions which will be recorded) for three months following the conference.

Keynote speakers include the Naked Farmers' Ben Brooksby and Beyond Blue's Derek Schoen (on mental health), AgriFutures John Harvey (on agtech and innovation in farm safety), Australian Competition and Consumer Commission deputy chair Mick Keogh (on quad bikes) and Resilience NSW Commissioner Shane Fitzsimons (on disaster mitigation).

Other speakers will be Australian Rural Leadership Foundation chief executive officer Matt Linnegar and National Farmers Federation president Fiona Simson.
