The program covers a range of WHS management and implementation functions and makes them available on a desktop or multiple devices and smart phones which can be accessed by employees.

For example, pre-populated policy templates and inductions can be covered in the program for employees and contractors and machinery servicing and histories can be recorded and made available via the use of QR codes printed on the machinery.

The Safe Ag system can also be used to keep records for a range of farm management tasks and provide a message boarding service to keep track of communications and notifications.

The App can be used for recording and mapping hazards by taking photos of the hazard and sending them directly to the farm office.

Business policies and emergency plans can also be loaded on the system and made available to employees.

There are a range of packages available and the system for businesses of 1-10 users costs $75 per month plus GST via a subscription fee.
