STARTUP on-farm meat processor, Provenir has announced its crowdfunding campaign has reached a target of $33,000 with supporters pre-buying the company’s red meat packs.

The funds will build a new mobile processing unit (MPU) and a new crowdfunding stretch target of $120,000 will work towards Provenir's goal of having multiple units in operation to supply on-farm processed...
