Massey Ferguson top-notch tech

MASSEY Ferguson received a special mention at the SIMA Show in Paris earlier this year for its Dynamic Top-Link Control (DTLC) system, which automatically adjusts the upper link of a tractor’s rear attachment mechanism.

The DTLC automatically adjusts the top link spindle to preserve the attachment’s position relative to the ground, which is especially important for equipment such as spreaders and linkage sprayers.

The system uses incline sensors placed on the attachment and on the tractor which work to dynamically keep the attachment parallel to the ground by making constant adjustments to the upper link spindle.
