TELSTRA has introduced a new national phone number to make it easier for its customers to report SMS and MMS scams.
Telstra customers can now forward scam messages to "7226".
The network is encouraging customers who receive messages that may attempt to trick them into providing their personal information, credit cards or down malicious apps, to forward them to the number 7226....
