Young Guns needed for lamb event

Young people are being encouraged to enter the LAMBEX Young Guns competition.

Entry is open to 18-35-year-olds for the competition, to be held in conjunction with Lambex 2020.

Lambex wants to hear how young people from the industry and how they connect the Australian sheep and lamb sectors with city consumers.

Entrants can be on-farm, working in agriculture or agribusiness, studying, or just love the sheep and lamb industry.

Two rounds of finalist selection will be held. The theme for the Young Guns competition is "Connect Australian sheep and lamb producers with city consumers."

Initial entries can be up to three minutes long using any digital medium (photography and video for example).

Each entry will be judged on the realistic potential for the vision to be adopted by industry, the ability to concisely convey the message, the quality of content and production, and creativity.

Entries close 31 January 2020.
