Wild dog control boosted in WA

WESTERN AUSTRALIA’S sheep and goat producers will now contribute 15 cents from the sale of every animal to help fund programs to control wild dogs and virulent footrot in the state.

15 cents from the sale of every animal to help fund programs to control wild dogs and virulent footrot.

The producer contribution to the Sheep and Goat Industry Funding Scheme takes effect from 1 July 2019, and has increased from the existing 10 cents per head.
