Local irrigators to own and manage Fairbairn scheme

THE TRANSFER of the SunWater Emerald distribution scheme to Fairbairn Irrigation Network Limited has been welcomed by the Queensland Farmers’ Federation (QFF) after local management attracted overwhelming support amongst local irrigators.
