The theme for 2017 is Pathways to Prosperity and the event will give members, non-members and delegates an opportunity to discover how to leverage competitive strengths and improve the profitability and business outcomes of their farming and pastoral operations.

Speakers for the one-day convention include Hancock Group and S. Kidman owner Gina Rinehart, Australian Conservatives Senator Cory Bernardi and chairman of the Australian Live Exporters Council Simon Crean. Also speaking are representatives from Coles, Meat & Livestock Australia and CBH, among others.

The convention will also feature extended industry updates from the Pastoral Lands Board, the Northern Australian Beef Industry Strategy and a panel discussion on wild dogs will take place in the afternoon.
