MOST cattle and sheep price indicators performed strongly last week, with levels sitting similar to when they closed in 2021, according to Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA).
This year has started well for the EYCI.
The Eastern Young Cattle Indicator and Trade Lamb Indicators traded well, at 1162c/kg and 842c/kg, respectively.
The EYCI hiked 16 per cent last week on the back of high demand and favourable weather events.
