EYCI hits new record high as yardings slide

YARDINGS for the Eastern Young Cattle Indicator (EYCI) at the end of March were the lowest since July 2018 with only 5500 eligible cattle penned, excluding the Easter and Christmas periods, according to a recent Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) report.
