Daring to do beef differently

Making their cows and heifers really work for them is something James and Sal Morse firmly believe in. After a short joining period, their breeding females must calve unassisted and wean a calf every year or they are sold, with no supplementary feeding or drenching. But as they point out, there are a number of simple concepts the Morse’s abide by to ensure the sustainability of their low cost breeding and trading operation.
