Positive learning outcome from MH17 disaster

<p>THE Western Australian Department of Agriculture and Food and the family of two Australian victims of flight MH17, shot down over Ukraine on July 17, have established a scholarship at the University of Western Australia's Albany campus to honour Arjen Ryder who was aboard the flight.</p>
