GRAIN and cotton producers have welcomed a New South Wales Government announcement of $15 million to upskill the primary production workforce.

The NSW Government has made a $15 million commitment to workforce training for plant-based industries including grain and cotton. Picture Mark Saunders.

The funding will be used in a program known as AgSkilled 2.0 to help train and upskill farm workers in plant production.
