Insurance is one of those things many people don’t think about until it’s needed. But as many farmers have found out, as a result of fire and general misadventure, the cost of being under insured can be high. In this report Kondinin Group researcher Toni Nugent follows up on requests from members to better understand insurance as a whole, plus its role in new farm practices, such as increased grain storage.
